RoHS & WEEE Directive.
The European Union has legislated to fully enforce the following two directives from the 1st of July 2006.
- Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment or WEEE (2012/19/EU)
- Restriction of certain hazardous substances in electronic equipment or RoHS (2011/65/EU) including directive 2015/863

REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances).
REACH is a new European community regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances. Substances of Very High Concern ECHA/NR/24/01 contains 240 entries updated 23/01/2024.
