Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and future planned activities

RoHS & WEEE Directive.

The European Union has legislated to fully enforce the following two directives from the 1st of July 2006.

  • Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment or WEEE (2012/19/EU)
  • Restriction of certain hazardous substances in electronic equipment or RoHS (2011/65/EU) including directive 2015/863

REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances).

REACH is a new European community regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances. Substances of Very High Concern ECHA/NR/24/01 contains 240 entries updated 23/01/2024.
